Changed your mind? You have 14 days

This applies once online ordering opens; nothing can be ordered on this site yet.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. If your order arrives in separate parcels, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item. Tell us by email at [email protected] with your order reference, or use the form below. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Refunds

• We refund the item price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you have sent it).
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
• Unless the item is faulty or wrong, you pay the cost of returning it.
• We may reduce the refund if the item has been used more than needed to check it, for example installed or wired in.

Items you cannot cancel once opened

• Sealed medical, first-aid and hygiene items once the seal is broken.
• Items made or personalised to your specification.
• Digital downloads once you have started downloading, if you agreed to lose the right to cancel.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, we will repair or replace it, and if that is not possible you are entitled to a refund. Faults that appear within 6 months are presumed to have been there on delivery. We cover return postage for faulty items.
