Where we deliver

Online ordering is not yet open, so nothing is being delivered yet. When it opens, we will deliver to UK addresses. Some large or heavy items (such as generators, fuel storage and pallet deliveries) may be limited to mainland Great Britain. If we cannot deliver an item to your address, we will tell you and refund any payment for it in full.

How it works

Most items will be sent directly to you from UK distributors. A multi-item order may arrive in more than one parcel, from different couriers.

How long it takes

• We will confirm the expected delivery date when we accept your order. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting it.
• Pallet and tail-lift deliveries: we will contact you to book a delivery slot.
• We will email you tracking details when each parcel is sent.

Problems with delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived 2 working days after its expected date, email [email protected] with your order reference. We will chase the courier and replace or refund missing or damaged items.
